"I took my daughter off my policy ( her and the car) a year ago because she moved and got her own insurance. I received a new policy with her still listed and called. They have been charging me and told me unless they had something in writing or a email they can’t reimburse me!!!!"

"I have had such a wonderful experience with State Farm. Of course when I heard my agent Stan Cranston was retiring and my branch was moving I was nervous after being with them for so long. But Derek knepper’s office has exceeded expectations, especially Breanna Vrabel. She is very knowledgeable about life insurance and spent a lot of time helping me find the right policy for myself and my husband. I highly recommend this office and Breanna! I might be able to get a better rate with another company, but, to be honest, the exceptional customer service that I receive from this agency is second to none. So, it’s not worth it for me to even look around. I primary call the Warren location and I almost always speak with Allison. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and professional to work with. They will continue to have my business for years to come."

"I called and cancelled my coverage on my Porsche 911 late 2000. I noticed when I was over-seas that I still had coverage on that car in 2022. I contacted Derek directly at that time. I received confirmation that he would correct it and I would receive a reimbursement for the mistake. I just checked in the last few days and saw that it was still in corrected recently. They offered me $123 for the roughly 3 years of of coverage that they have stripped me of. Do NOT deal with this team. Maybe you shouldn’t deal with #statefarm"

"I'm sure there's definitely better State Farm offices and agents to do bisness with. I feel they fail in the communication department! I use to have my policies with Bill Anderson's State Farm, before he closed his office. His staff would personally notify me if any red flags occurred with any of my policies. I honestly think this is the worst State Farm Agency in our area. Do yourself a favor and check out some of the other State Farm Agencies in the area. Here's just a few John Campalito Jr. , Michael Guerreri, Rob Donahue and Tinia Howell."
